Your post helps explain how the American ruling elites of the past century, but particularly since the mid 1960s have destroyed the Left (or anyone concerned about poverty, which have included conservatives). Some of these efforts to cause divisions have at least partially escape control by those who funded them have become self perpetuating grifts weakening and destroying **all** parts of society including government, business, all the arts and sciences, education, and religion because it is economically and politically profitable to do.
DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) is use to tear apart organizations and advance careers, not deal with bigotry. Or I can use the change from industrial capitalism to financial capitalism as another example of a process going uncontrollable that is no longer doing its original functions, but is making some people wealthy and politically powerful by by profitably buying and bankrupting successful businesses; finance is no longer about investing and creating businesses, but about buying and tearing apart.
No profit of any kind is made from the creation anymore. We are being divided and consumed, not conquered.
