Far as i know, Communism is a dead issue. Something for eggheads to quibble over. Even the dictators of Russia and China are fascists now, not communists. it's easier- you don't have to come up with elaborate explanations of how you are really following Marx while you are looting the country for your own benefit. Now I DO think the D party in the US retains some distinctly Chinese Communist leanings. Notably their penchant for speech control and gun control. But they aren't real communists, just dickheads who should be made to go get real jobs.
The ACP is a reconstitution of the cpUSA after the later violated democratic centralism, and therefore its own constitution, at the 32nd national convention for the sake of continuing to support the democratic party.
